Sleep deprivation is one of the chief aggravators of stress. Practicing sleep tactics along with stress-lowering tactics can help improve your quality of sleep.

Avoid caffeine as it increases stress levels by stimulating the central nervous system. Remember, an excess intake of caffeine will result in hyperactive moods and stress.

Physical activity is the best tool to reduce your stress. Make time for at least 30 minutes of exercise, three times a week.
